Admin Overview

This user guide is intended for site administrators responsible for managing user accounts and security settings within the WordPress dashboard. The instructions in this guide focus specifically on tasks related to:

  • Managing website users
  • Configuring two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Managing each user’s personal document folder


This guide does not cover full WordPress site administration such as theme configuration, plugin management, website design, or server settings.

The procedures described here are designed for administrators who manage user access and document organization, but who do not need full control over the technical aspects of the website.

Users with full WordPress administrative privileges should refer to the WordPress system administration documentation for advanced configuration and system-level management.
