Update Profile

Update Profile Button

After logging in and completing your 2‑Factor Authentication (2FA), you can update your personal account information through the UPDATE PROFILE button located in the site header. This section allows you to manage your basic account details securely.

1. Accessing Your Profile

Once you are logged in, click the UPDATE PROFILE button at the top of the page. This will open your profile settings screen.

2. Information You Can Edit

You can update the following fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Nickname

  • Email Address

  • Password

These fields help Inland Presort maintain accurate account information for communication and verification.

3. Current Password Required

For security purposes, you must enter your current password before any changes can be saved.

  • If the current password is not provided, no updates will be applied.

  • This requirement protects your account from unauthorized changes.

4. Important: Profile Email vs. 2FA Email

Your profile email is used for account identification and general communication. Your 2FA email, however, is used specifically for receiving verification codes.

These two emails are separate.

If you want to change your 2FA email:

You must update it through the CONFIGURE 2FA page, not the profile page.

This ensures your security settings remain controlled and intentional.
